“Eurostamp is exactly the kind of company we look for when expanding the Arterex platform, with deep expertise, a proven track record, and a team that is passionate about delivering for customers,” said Jeff Goble, President & CEO, Arterex. “This acquisition strengthens our European capabilities in a meaningful way and gives our customers access to world-class tooling and mould-building expertise as part of a truly integrated manufacturing partner. We’re proud to welcome Claudio, Fausto, and the entire Eurostamp team to the Arterex family.”

The acquisition adds significant tooling and mould-building depth to Arterex’s existing European operations, while also complementing its established capabilities in design and development, extrusion, injection moulding, and medical device assembly. Customers will now benefit from an expanded range of integrated services, faster tooling turnaround, and a stronger regional manufacturing presence.
